These scholarships are awarded to a child, grandchild, niece or nephew of a QPAT member in good standing who has graduated from secondary studies and proceeding to their first year of full-time post-secondary studies.
Applicants must be intending to attend a post-secondary institution during the 2026-2027 academic year to be eligible.
